About
Meet Kim
I am a certified Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator based in [City/Location Placeholder], dedicated to helping individuals regulate their nervous systems, process accumulated stress, and reconnect with their bodies.
My journey into breathwork began [Insert brief genuine story about how you came to the practice – e.g., during a period of deep burnout when I was searching for tools that actually helped me feel grounded rather than just intellectualising my stress].
Since then, I have trained extensively to understand not just the technique, but the physiology and psychology behind why and how we breathe.
My Approach
Breathwork can often be presented in a way that feels ungrounded or overwhelmingly intense. My approach is entirely different.
I believe in creating a safe, contained, and trauma-informed space where you remain in the driver’s seat of your own experience. We focus on:
- Pacing: Slowing down to go deeper.
- Physiology: Understanding what is happening in your nervous system.
- Integration: Ensuring you leave the session feeling grounded, rather than overwhelmed.
Whether we are working 1:1 or in a group setting, my priority is to hold a calm and non-judgmental space for whatever needs to be felt and processed.
Training & Credentials
I believe in responsible facilitation and ongoing education. My relevant training includes:
- [Certification Name] – [Institution/School], [Year]
- [Additional Training/Trauma-Informed Course] – [Institution/School], [Year]
- [First Aid / Mental Health First Aid] – [Year]
