Hi, I'm Kim.

I am a certified Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator dedicated to helping people regulate their nervous systems, process stress, and find a deeper sense of grounding.

My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and firmly rooted in both the physiology of the body and the felt experience of the breath.
