1:1 Sessions
Private breathwork sessions offer a deeply personalized space to explore your inner landscape. Tailored to your specific nervous system and current life experiences, these sessions allow for focused attention and bespoke guidance.
Online Sessions
Accessible from anywhere in the world. Being in your own familiar space can sometimes allow for an even deeper sense of safety and release. You will need a quiet room, a stable internet connection, and space to lie down.
In-Person Sessions
Held in a grounded, dedicated space in Goa, India. In-person sessions allow for hands-on supportive touch if consented to, which can provide additional grounding during the practice.

- Time for grounding and consultation
- 45-60 minute active breathwork journey
- Ample space for integration and rest

Group Workshops
Group workshops harness the collective energy of breathing together in community. These are accessible entry points for those new to the practice or looking for a structured, shared experience.
- 2.5-hour workshop duration
- Theme-based exploration (e.g., grounding, release, resetting)
- Small, contained groups to ensure emotional safety
- Shared integration circles (always optional)
Corporate & Private Bookings
I occasionally facilitate private breathwork sessions for existing communities, friend groups, retreats, or corporate wellbeing initiatives. These can be tailored as gentle nervous system regulation workshops or deeper breathwork journeys depending on the maturity and needs of the group.
