As the monsoon reminds us of nature’s power, perhaps it’s also an invitation to pause.
To turn inward. To be still. To listen. To breathe.
Join us on 19th July for an intimate afternoon of ceremonial cacao and guided Breathwork- a chance to slow down, nourish your nervous system, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom that already lives within you.
We’ll begin by sharing a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, a beautiful ritual that invites presence, intention, and connection. From there, you’ll be gently guided into an immersive Breathwork journey, supported by a carefully curated musical soundscape, creating space to breathe through what you’ve been carrying and return to yourself with greater clarity, ease, and openness.
As the rain falls outside, allow yourself to be held in warmth, stillness, and community- a sanctuary from the pace of everyday life.
Because the most profound transformations rarely happen by chasing the sunshine.
They unfold when we surrender to the beauty of the season we’re in.
About Me
I spent two decades in the corporate world of retail fashion before finding my calling in yoga and breathwork. I’m a 300-hour certified Breathwork Facilitator, RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, and IASH Level 1 Sound Healer, and I’ve led workshops and private sessions with clients from all walks of life, meeting each person where they are. Having experienced the demands of high-pressure corporate life firsthand, I bring a lived understanding of stress, burnout, and the nervous system to every session I facilitate.
About Tulsi
Tulsi Mehrotra Menon is a 300-hour certified Breathwork Facilitator, 200-hour YRT Yoga Teacher, and IASH Level 1 Sound Healer, with additional training in clinical sexual trauma therapy (60H, Restoration & Resilience). Trained as an anthropologist, she brings a lens that helps people understand their patterns and what makes them, them.
Tulsi and I both came to breathwork through our own journeys of self-healing and discovery. Along the way, we learned the power of holding space — of helping people meet their breath, meet themselves, and witness the beauty of what happens when they do. That experience shapes how we facilitate: with presence, care, and deep trust in the process.
I’d love to see you there.
